Our story
Built on Love. Rooted in Community.
4 Love's Sake Uplift was born from a simple conviction: that every child and family deserves to be seen, supported, and uplifted — not someday, but today.
Our Story
In 2023, the organization was renamed from STEWARD Little to 4 Love's Sake Uplift.
Founder Regina Stredic made this change because she wanted the community to know that the basis of everything they do is love.
Regina didn't call on strangers — she called on community to help. And not only did they help, but they asked, "What else is needed?"
What started as a few showing up for a few has grown into a mighty movement of love through the generosity of our community.
What We Stand For
These aren't just words on a wall — they're the principles that guide every decision we make.
Love in Action
We don't just talk about caring for our community — we show up, sleeves rolled up, ready to do the work.
Dignity First
Every person we serve is treated as a neighbor and an equal. We walk alongside people, never above them.
Rooted & Growing
We are deeply rooted in this community. We live here, we worship here, we raise our children here.
Accountability
Every dollar donated is stewarded with care. We publish our impact numbers because transparency builds trust.
The People Behind the Mission
Our team is made up of community members, parents, educators, and advocates who have dedicated their lives to this work.
Regina Stredic
Founder & Executive Director
Regina built this movement from the ground up — calling on community, not strangers. Her conviction that love is the foundation of everything is the reason 4 Love's Sake Uplift exists today.
Nancy Flores
Chief Operating Officer
Nancy keeps the organization running with excellence and intention, ensuring every program and partnership reflects the mission of love and service.
Lisa Burns
Executive Program Coordinator
Lisa is the connective tissue of our organization — she knows every family we serve by name and makes sure no one falls through the cracks.
Voices from Our Community
The real measure of our work is the lives we touch. Here's what families and volunteers have to say.
When my kids came home with brand new shoes from Sole Mates, they were so proud. It wasn't just shoes — it was someone saying, 'We see you, and you matter.'

I've volunteered at the Back to School Bash for three years now. Every time I leave, I'm reminded why community matters. Regina and her team pour their whole hearts into this.

4 Love's Sake Uplift doesn't just hand things out — they show up with dignity and love. That's rare, and it makes all the difference.
